Software spend grows one subscription at a time. Nobody owns the full picture of what you pay for, what's actually used, and how data moves between systems.

What you can expect

  • A clear picture of your mission-critical systems and their cost
  • Savings and added-service opportunities surfaced
  • A prioritized view of where your infrastructure should evolve

// FAQ

Tech Stack Review FAQ

How is this different from the Operational Teardown?

The Tech Stack Review looks only at your technology — systems, cost, integrations, and AI readiness. The Operational Teardown is broader: stakeholder interviews, operations, risk, and growth constraints across the business.

Is a security audit included?

No. Penetration testing and formal security or compliance audits are excluded unless explicitly contracted.
