Services and pricing — published, scoped, and paid in advance

Most consulting offers fail because they are vague on cost, timeline, and deliverables. We do the exact opposite: clear prices, clear timelines, clear deliverables, paid in advance, with explicit stakeholder participation.

// FAQ

Frequently asked

How does an engagement start?

It follows a simple path: a mutual NDA, then a fixed quote scoped to your situation. The accepted quote becomes the Statement of Work, governed by our Professional Services Agreement.

When do I pay?

Engagements are paid in advance.

Who owns the work you deliver?

You do. Intellectual property transfers to the client upon complete payment of the applicable SOW.

Is the work backed by a warranty?

Yes — each engagement carries a 30-day warranty.

What law governs the engagement?

Colorado law. Disputes are resolved by AAA binding arbitration in Denver.

Do you work for equity?

Yes, but never in place of payment — we don't take engagements without it. On larger projects, some of the cost can be offset by revenue share or equity, evaluated case by case.
